Co-founders

Mr. Krishna Kumar

Mr. Krishna Kumar is the Co-founder & Director of SSKP Finsol Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Kumar has 22 years of rich experience in banking, strategy, Investment Banking, Stress resolution and has handled large corporate debt raising, restructuring/turnaround cases and advised corporates on business development, expansion and raising of equity. He has raised above Rs.1,40,000 crs. (USD$ 20bn) over the last 20 years in various form of debt.

Prior to promoting SSKP, he has worked for over 2 decades in various Banking/Investment Banking companies including IDBI Bank, SBI Capital Markets Ltd., State Bank of India & IDBI Capital Markets& Securities Ltd. in various capacities. In his last assignment, he was Vice President in IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Ltd.

Mr. Kumar is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also secured 8th rank in Master in Business Finance course conducted by ICAI.

Mrs. Pinki Kedia

Mrs. Pinki Kedia is co-founder & Director of SSKP Finsol Pvt. Ltd. and Managing partner of Kedia Singhania & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Mrs. Pinki Kedia, a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Law graduate, and holds Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA), post-qualification course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She specializes in Taxation, bank assignments and Company Law matters. She is a regular speaker on various topics of Taxation, Accounts, GST & Companies Act at in several forums across Mumbai.

She is also actively associated with Lions Club and International Vaish Federation and recipient of Maharashtra Nariratna (2016).

Mr. K. K.Kedia is a senior legal professional having more than 5 decades of experience in Civil litigation & Criminal matters. He has worked extensively in Criminal Trial, Civil litigation including Civil Suits related to recovery, Injunction, Declaration, Specific Performance, dispute related to Rent Control Act, Probate Petitions etc. He possesses superb drafting skill, well acclaimed consummate and effective argumentation skill and unparallel client counseling skill.

Mr. Hiranmoy Biswas

Mr. Biswas is Senior Advisor in SSKP. Mr. Hiranmoy Biswas has also served as Nominee/ Non Executive independent Director on the Board of several Indian conglomerates. In his last assignment he has served Chief General Manager in IDBI Bank over 3 decades .

Shri Biswas holds the B.tech degree from IIT Kharagpur and has also done Diploma in Forex Management.

As chief General Manager in IDBI Bank ,Shri Biswas handled several key portfolios including retail, risk management , Zonal head etc.

Mr. Jinesh SHAH

Mr. Jinesh is a senior Chartered Accountant having more than 16 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Banking. He has closely worked with CEOs and CFOs and has played a pivotal role in advising them on their capital structure, fund raising initiatives, assisting them in their due diligence process as well as advising on various structures and instruments for fund raising.

In his previous assignments, he has worked with some of the leading MNCs like Deloitte, Citibank, SBI Capital Markets and IDBI Capital Markets& Securities Ltd. Mr. Shah is also a Qualified Registered Valuer from ICAI RVO (Registered with IBBI under securities & financials assets).Mr. Shah has conducted several valuation assignments including fairness Opinion for merger swap of leading Public Sector Banks, Valuation of a leading stock exchange, valuation of an African subsidiary of General insurance company, Valuation advisory to a leading custodian in acquisition of broking and custodian company, Advising to leading bank in valuing its stake in a Housing finance company, advising a leading IT company in valuation of its overseas subsidiary for FEMA purpose.

Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal

Kamlesh is an advisor in SSKP. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant having more than 17 years of experience across multiple roles in leading manufacturing companies in Accounts, MIS, Finance, Fund raising and tax planning. He is focusing on funding arrangement of stressed corporates and currently pursuing Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India .
